You want to sail, and you're serious about having fun? You want to sail but haven't a boat? This group is for you. You can charter a boat and want to share the cost? This group is for you. You own a boat and want to share the experience? This group is for you. Regardless of skill or experience, all that is required to join and participate is 1) a willing attitude, 2) proper shoes and 3) layered clothing.

Sailing San Diego is for pleasure sailors of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced, with or without boats. However, membership preference is given to people who are active and experienced sailors or to people who have been or who currently are boat owners.  Our intention is to get people involved in sailing either as groups sharing the cost for chartered boats or to help boat owners find crew.
